Dividends are paid according to the shareholder register on the Record Date.

The default currency for the Company’s dividend payments is GBP, either via Cheque, Crest or BACS. Dividend payments in USD can be paid by Cheque or Crest. Should shareholders wish to change their current currency to USD or modify their payment methods, forms are available through Computershare Investor Services PLC at the following link:

Should shareholders hold shares through a nominee facility, the nominee will receive the payment and will then allocate it to the shareholders. This may take a number of days depending upon the nominee. Shareholders are asked to address all questions regarding this process to the nominee.

Shareholders who would prefer to receive payment directly into their bank account are advised to complete a bank mandate form and return it to Computershare, on the undernoted address, before the Record Date of each dividend.

Shareholders should take their own advice as to what is the appropriate tax treatment for the dividends.
